I acknowledge that I have carefully reviewed and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined in this contract between myself ("Customer") and Sargents Detail, owned and operated solely by Nick Sargent. By signing below, I agree to comply with all the terms of this contract, including but not limited to the liability disclaimers, authorization for vehicle operation, and the release of liability for damages, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the detailing process. I also grant explicit permission to Sargents Detail to use photographs and/or videos of my vehicle for marketing and promotional purposes, as stated in the Content Use and Production section.

I confirm that I have read and understood the details regarding scheduling, appointment deposit, reservation changes, customer obligations, expected outcomes, scope of work, travel work, payment, fees, vehicle storage, Karen fee, and enforcement practices. I accept that Sargents Detail retains the right to hold my vehicle until full payment for services rendered is made, and I am aware of the potential placement of a Mechanics Lien as permitted by Colorado statute in the case of non-payment.

I acknowledge that any disputes arising from Sargents Detail services shall be conducted in confidentiality, and the final actions will be presumed under a non-disclosure clause.

I also understand that if any provision or part of this contract is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties shall replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision or part with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision to the greatest extent possible.

I appreciate the opportunity to work with Sargents Detail and agree to abide by these terms for a successful and satisfying detailing experience. If I have any questions or concerns about these terms, I will reach out to Sargents Detail for clarification before signing.
