Reservation changesCancellation: - If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the reservation, the full 25% deposit is non-refundable. - If you cancel within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the reservation, 15% of the deposit will be retained. - If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the reservation, 5% of the deposit will be retained. Rescheduling: - If you reschedule more than 24 hours prior to the reservation, no extra charge will be applied. - If you reschedule within 24 hours prior to the reservation, a 10% non-refundable deposit will be retained.

Touch-Up PolicyWe are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service, please notify us within 48 hours of the detail's completion, and we will gladly touch up the vehicle to meet your expectations at no additional cost. This Touch-Up Policy extends to all Sargents Detail services. We will not touch up a vehicle if notified after 48 hours of the service.

Vehicle operationCustomers will give Sargents Detail access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. You authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so.

Mobile detail workWe need access to a hose and power outlet to perform most detailing services. For paint correction and/or ceramic coating, we need access to a garage if the service is performed at your address.

Content use and productionBy using our service, you grant us permission to photograph and/or video your vehicle ("Content") for marketing purposes. This Content may be publicly available on social media, our website, and the internet, which may include your license plate number.

What is a Mechanics LienWhat is a Mechanic's Lien? In some states, a mechanic can place a lien on your vehicle if you are unable to pay for maintenance or repair work within a certain amount of time. Depending on your state, an unpaid mechanic's lien gives the lienholder the right to sell your car at auction.
I acknowledge that I have carefully reviewed and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined in this contract between myself ("Customer") and Sargents Detail, owned and operated solely by Nick Sargent. By signing below, I agree to comply with all the terms of this contract, including but not limited to the liability disclaimers, authorization for vehicle operation, and the release of liability for damages, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the detailing process. I also grant explicit permission to Sargents Detail to use photographs and/or videos of my vehicle for marketing and promotional purposes, as stated in the Content Use and Production section.
I confirm that I have read and understood the details regarding scheduling, appointment deposit, reservation changes, customer obligations, expected outcomes, scope of work, travel work, payment, fees, vehicle storage, Karen fee, and enforcement practices. I accept that Sargents Detail retains the right to hold my vehicle until full payment for services rendered is made, and I am aware of the potential placement of a Mechanics Lien as permitted by Colorado statute in the case of non-payment.
I acknowledge that any disputes arising from Sargents Detail services shall be conducted in confidentiality, and the final actions will be presumed under a non-disclosure clause.
I also understand that if any provision or part of this contract is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties shall replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision or part with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision to the greatest extent possible.
I appreciate the opportunity to work with Sargents Detail and agree to abide by these terms for a successful and satisfying detailing experience. If I have any questions or concerns about these terms, I will reach out to Sargents Detail for clarification before signing.
I am signing in full understanding of the terms and I am signing completely under my own will.
